Matthew has trained with some of the worlds leading experts; the obvious benefits to this are that the techniques Matthew applies are proven methods, with well over a 1000 clinical clients with tinnitus. Matthew uses a multi modular approach taught by Dr Kevin Hogan that will encompass all possible routes helping you each step of the way to either reduction or complete elimination of tinnitus. That probably makes Matthew among the most knowledgable people now in the U.K.
Severe tinnitus is considered to be the 3rd most difficult malady to live with; we fully understand the difficulties you are faced with.
Tinnitus can be experienced in one of the three general locations
• Central (the head)
• Aurium (unilateral – one side)
• Binaural (bilateral – both sides)
Tinnitus is heard, stored, and evaluated in the media temporal lobe system of the brain, especially the hippocampal amygdale complex and other parts of the limbic system.
If you have tinnitus that varies in volume throughout the day or is pulsatile, then it is worth trying ginkgo biloba for a few months, it can take some time to “kick in”. There is no actual evidence to support ginkgo biloba works, but may people have experienced good results.
I would recommend you have a look at the British Tinnitus Association website as they offer valuable information with may help.
Membership is £5 and this includes a quarterly publication called ‘Quiet’.
